Our process

 

When obtaining corn of excellent quality, the first step is to cook the corn, then grind it and knead it until it has the right texture. Then, this mass that is 100% of the corn goes to a die cutter where the arepa is shaped, then they are directed to an oven for quick cooking and the product is left to cool before being packaged. Finally, orders are collected, packaged and distributed. The whole process takes into account the good manufacturing practices that assure the arepas great QUALITY and good taste.
